My beautiful mum♥Kathleen♥was the loving mother of four children: Richie,Tony, Carol & Kathryn.
Mother inlaw of Pat , Ruth, Gerry & Mark. Grandmother of: Tony, Richie, Gary, Vicky, Joe & Leanne.
Great grandmother of ♥Lewis♥ (deceased ) Ryan, Carla & Finlay. My mum is survived by one
brother: Frank & one sister Joan & she is also the aunty to many nephews & nieces, too numerous to
mention.
She is in ♥HEAVEN♥ now with her ♥Mum♥ (Mary),♥Dad♥ (Patrick)& brothers ♥Patrick♥ &
♥Bernard♥

My lovely mum suffered two strokes in the years leading up to her passing, although this was not how
she died. She was admitted to hospital on the morning of monday 17 august 1998 with stomach
problems, she was too poorly to have any tests done to her and so was given medication for the pain.
On friday 21st she became worse and was taken down to theatre for an operation where they discovered
she had a ruptured bowel. We all thought she was going to come through this as she seemed to rally
round after the op, but unfortunately this was not to be.
On Tuesday 25th we where called in to see the doctor to be given the devastating news that our
lovely mum was not going to survive and she only had a few more days to live. We could not tell her
this as she would have been so frightened. On the evening of Friday 28th she slipped in to a coma
and she died on Saturday 29th.

♥Mum♥ you where a lady right to the end. I am sorry i was not with you when you went on your
journey but i take comfort in knowing that my brother Tony and your sister Joan where there holding
your hand.
I know that you are happy now because you are free from pain and you are surrounded by all your
loved ones, especially baby ♥Lewis♥. I hope you're letting ♥Hilda♥ get a look in with the
cuddles for him?

Death is nothing at all, I have only slipped away into the next room.
Whatever we were to each other, we still are.
Please call me by my old familiar name.
Speak of me in the same easy way you always did.
Put no difference in your tone, wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.
Laugh as we always laughed, at the little jokes we enjoyed together.
Play, smile and pray for me.
Let my name be the household name it always was, spoken without the shadows of a ghost in it.
Life means all it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
Death is inevitable, so why should i be out of mind beause i am out of sight?
I am but waiting for you, for an interval very near.
All is well.
Nothing is past or lost.
One brief moment and all will be as it was before, only better and happier.
